The training company agreement

Before hosting this on-line competence test, you will need to provide your users with printer access and a reliable internet connection.
Please agree to the following terms to be eligible to undertake HSE authorised training:

Declaration A: I will ensure that those persons who undertake the training of professionals in the safe use of DCM paint strippers for the purposes of complying with amendment to REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008 are:

Competent to carry out such training and

will ensure this training meets the requirements set out in REACH Enforcement Amendment Regulations 2014

Declaration B: I will ensure that access to the online HSE competence test is only provided to trainees who have undertaken training to the standard set out in declaration A:

Declaration C: I will ensure that all trainees accessing the online competence test will do so under examination conditions and that I (or persons in my employment) will invigilate in order to prevent malpractice.
